“The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing. We spent a morning in the pool and the beach. The location of the hotel is very good. It is located next to the Bang Tao Beach and also close to the nearby Canal Village Shopping Centre. You could take free shuttle boat rides in the lake area there. It would only take 10 minutes to get to another shopping centre by taxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were confirmed to have a late checkout at 15:00 upon our request during our checking.”

“Before book the hotel, I saw most of comments are negative or unhappy experience. However I saw the photos of the hotel gym, so I booked and try. No parking in this hotel. So I park in street parking (No fee). The check in process is smooth and welcome drink provided. The staff guide me to the room and prepare ice water for me. The gym is excellent!! It is professional setting and personal trainer available on site. I stay three nights in the hotel, I went to gym 6 times during whole stay.……

“不優不推不會再住。櫃檯服務極差，有人跟本不會講英語，溝通極困難。房間冷氣漏水兩次，嚴重打擾我們的休息，飯店沒有任何的歉意。房間隔音極差，馬路上人講話的聲音都聽得清清楚楚，餐廳用餐就有蒼蠅，早晚都有很噁心。有客人提著行李11點到櫃檯簽到，櫃檯小姐低頭看手機視頻，用手指點著櫃檯上的簽到時間，告訴客人兩點再來，完全不幫助客人先寄存行李，完全不跟客人介紹迎賓飲料等服務。 黑名單，在泰國遇到的最差服務。糟糕透了。”

“my father does not speak English before check-in time, he walks into the resort's swimming pool alone to take look, and one of the staffs talked to him, probably asking if he is a guest. So he knew that he did not check in yet, so he moved back to the lobby to take some rest, waiting for me. Ridiculously, another staff came over and talked to him something, and of course, he did not understand, then the staff pointed him to get out. I have been to so many resorts, never have this horrible……

“The facility in room is old and the design of bathing room and water tap are really poor and not comfortable. Given that the room fee is quite pricey comparing with other hotels, its not good value for the money”
