“Nice service”

“stayed at the hotel for 3 nights, the view is very impressive when I walked into the front desk. However, I think the room needs some regular maintenance. Shuttle bus only offer one way with limited services. It would be great if they can offer return. ”

“Brilliant hotel. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Lovely style and feel to the place. We had a family room which was spacious and had great facilities. Pool area is lovely. The only drawback is it’s located at the top of a steep hill, so you are going to need transportation to get anywhere. But that’s obviously not the end of the world. The hotel themselves run a shuttle 3 times a day and bolt is cheap and easy. Would highly recommend and I would definitely stay here, or one of their sister……

“The hotel is 15 minutes walkable from Patong street. One bed thing is they dont provide for free cancellation, ruining my trip planning given i got some emergent situation. They can actually sell me room at a good price during this peak season”
