The room is dirty, there are bugs everywhere, water is leaking from the toilet, the lift is not working, the gym has no air conditioning, the staff are rude etc.”
“Big, clean and bright room with balcony, although only city view. Giant and comfortable bed. Convenient location, near to beach. Many restaurants, shops and massage shops nearby. Good view rooftop swimming pool. Very helpful staff and services.”
