“+: Very central location. Huge room with big views. Good value. All the staff is great, from the manager to receptionists to cleaners; very welcoming, smiling, kind. Linen / towels have a hint of chemical smell, had to buy my own towel because couldn't stand it. Not sure if it's the washing products, fabric softener or something the cleaners spray. There's dogs barking all night in one side of the building, had to change room and then it was all good Aircon was smelly. Needs to be cleaned more……

“Clean,quiet and safe area. Good restaurant with reasonable price. Walkable to main Street, Kep market and ferries port where you can go to many islands like Rabbit island extra. I wish the residents around the areas help keep the streets clean and don't let their cows or dogs poop on the streets. ”

“The place was absolutely beautiful. Clean and classy....the family who ran the place were amazing as well. You are literally blocks from the beach, the market, the food stores.....pretty much anything you can do and want to do is walkable.”

“Breakfast is not fresh but staff is OK Electrical outlet does not fit properly with 3-prong plug at all outlets in room. Never have any issues with any outlet at other Cambodia Hotel. This is the first 2-plong plug is OK but hard to plug in. Do not understand why. Property is basically new. Only electrical outlet issues.”
