Private Pool, Hot Tub with AC, BBQ and Very Spacious

This 2-story Kiahuna Golf Village home offers a spacious plantation style home within the Kiahuna Golf community. This home offers distant views of the ocean and mountains, along with the fairways.

There are two primary suites within the home, one on each floor along with two spacious guest bedrooms.

The kitchen is open and ready for you to prepare those island inspired meals for the whole family to enjoy! All it needs is you and your guests, along with the many fresh island offerings here on Kauai. Once everyone has enjoyed their meal you may relax in either the living room or family room and talk about your days experience on Kauai.

You will also find your own private pool and spa surrounded by the lush landscape to relax after a long day of adventuring.

This home is air-conditioned, perfect after a day of exploring the island, or a round of golf at one of the courses nearby.

5 night minimum, other minimum stay may apply seasonally; please contact us for details.

*This home is partially air conditioned, however due to labor and product availability constraints, should mechanical or other failure occur we may not be able to have it repaired during or prior to your stay.

The property was a very nice home. There were some minor challenges: not as clean as expected, cabinetry was damaged in kitchen, hot tube did to get very hot, the property gas is on propane and the propane needed to be re-filled. This impacted our ability to cook for a day.

Aloha from the family!
Kauai is a beautiful island , the house was perfectly located in an area that was very accommodating ! The house and yard were very beautiful and the pool was used everyday after the beach:) Our families had the best time. The house fully accommodated every person in our families! Will defiantly come back to Kauai and stay in this house! Mahalo for your hospitality!

Exactly what we needed!
We had an amazing stay at this home! Our friends got together over the holidays and this home had everything we needed to have a great time. The pool and hot tub were great, and there was tons of space for cooking and preparing meals for 10 people. Everyone felt clean and safe and we all have wonderful things to say about our stay. The location is perfect for the area as it is quiet, and also very close to anything you will want to do in the town. Will recommend to others travelling to the Poipu area!

Great escape from reality!
The house and location are beautiful! We had a family of nine, and this house provided plenty of space and the ability to not be crammed into a small space together for a week! The area is quiet and peaceful, and just a few minutes drive to the beach. The pool and spa were nice to have when we wanted to get some sunshine but didn’t want to go out. The only complaint I had was that the cleaning crew should check appliances before next guests come in. The blender had dried fruit stuck to the inside of it and the air fryer still had food stuck to the bottom. We had to do some cleaning before we could use those items. In addition the kitchen sink at times had no hot water, and when it did, it was warm, not hot. The house could use some TLC, but nothing too horrible. We did lose WiFi the last day but there was a pretty big wind and rain storm that rolled in so it was understandable. Would recommend the crew leave more trash bags, and replace some of the kitchen items such as spatulas and cooking utensils. The kitchen knife’s were worthless and the scissors were stuck in the shut position. Lastly, the chair cushions for the outdoor area had probably been stored in the storage box wet, because they smelled like mildew. We did our best to let them air out and made sure they were dry before we put them back. Other than that, the place was wonderful and a great getaway! Our family had a great and relaxing week!

A few things need fixing. More cleaning needed in bathrooms. Trash can was already full upon arrival. Internet and TV service took 5 days to fix, took service call plus property manager to fix.

Loved our time here
House was huge. Lots of room for the family. House is in a great location. House had everything we needed. We met the maintenance guy, he was very nice and very helpful. One thing I will never forget. The garbage goes out Wednesday evening and back in before noon on Thursday. LOL. It’s something that we got emails about and in the welcome book every other page was about it, we even had one of the neighbors tell us.
