“A friend and I stayed in this wonderful Victorian home when we were in town for our class reunion. It was very clean and comfortable with a wonderful, updated kitchen. Claudia even stopped by to show us where everything was in the home to ensure we made the most of our stay. The house has so much character! We loved the fact that it had been updated while still maintaining its original charm. Claudia was a very responsive host. We hope to stay there again sometime.”

“One word Outstanding! To elaborate...If this is a place where you can create a home away from home. Too make memories for a lifetime! First time my wife and I had ever tried this other than our own house. Which is like 30 minutes away. We had kids and grandkids coming from out of state like many. “We had an amazing stay at the Nest. We rented it to have just a little more space for our family, who also stayed on the property at the Goodwell. The Nest was a newly renovated space for two with all of the amenities we needed to enjoy time together. We enjoyed the Keurig, puzzles, cards, binoculars and the very thoughtful brownies from a local bakery upon arrival! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable vacation!”

“Very comfortable house and furnishings with a huge pool! Finally a house that delivered all we were looking for. Comfy beds and furniture. The house is super close to stores, shopping and restaurants. A visit to the S.B. farmers market is a must. The pool is not heated but we hit on very hot days and the water was perfect. The pool was crystal clear and clean. All bedrooms nicely appointed, but all upstairs so if you are unstable on your feet as I am, go slow on the stairs. A bit slick but there……
