“Our family came to Glen Rose to explore Dinosaur Valley State Park, and this property could not have been better situated for that. The park is only a 10 minute drive away, and restaurants and shops are within walking distance The riverside cottage is well appointed, clean, and comfortable. The only downside is the traffic noise from the road, but we were so tired from our day of hiking, that didn't really matter! Thank you for a wonderful stay. ”

“It was our second year and we loved it as much as we did the first time we stayed! The grandkids loved fishing and yes catching fish!! They were perfect for them fishing…they caught one just about every time they casted their line. Pickle ball and basketball was played again…and of course we have to have a campfire and make s’mores❣️”

“Be sure to walk to the park next door to enhance your lake view even more. Everything went smoothly. I scratched my lake house ownership itch and will be back. All new indoor pickleball facility half a mile from town square. ”

“My friend and I came to stay at this lovely property a couple of weeks ago. It was so clean and well decorated! Close to the square(we walked)and a great back porch to hang out on when we were resting. I highly recommend this property!”

“Good stay. Hosts were wonderful and attentive.Comfortable place. Plenty of room!Only problem was very loud hopped up cars going by on roads on both sides of property. Really annoying. Not host’s fault but we thought it was in a little more secluded area.Enjoyed our month stay.”

“This was a great stay - looked exactly like the pictures. It took a really long time for the hot water to turn on and the window units are quite loud (standard for window units - not properties fault), but other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and would stay again.”

“I agree with one of the other reviews - we do an annual girls trip and this is BY FAR the most rules of any short term rental we have ever booked! With the threat of security camera monitoring and photos from neighbors, the fear of accidentally breaking one of the rules did suck some of the fun out of our trip. We did love how much space this house has and with a group of 9 girls, having an en-suite bathroom in most of the bedrooms was awesome. Another review mentioned this - sadly there is not……

“This is now our third year at this property for Christmas and it honestly gets better and better each year! The owners continues to invest in new amenities, pool, outdoor kitchen, furniture, etc. I am afraid to keep pouring on praise for fear we can’t get in next year due to demand!!”

“The property has a beautiful view of the lake with great sunrises. The layout was perfect for our womens get together and had plenty of room for visiting, playing games & eating. Big kitchen with plenty of counter space. Would highly recommend for anyone.”
