“Nice place to stay 😊”

“I choose this hotel because it was the only hotel close to the BIEC on Hotels.com. Big mistake. This is a local resort, not a hotel. Horrible WiFi, Nothing nearby. They don't even offer a shuttle to the BIEC. Only one restaurant with mediocre food. Tons of mosquitoes. Wedding receptions by the pool playing loud music until late in the evening. On the positive side - the front desk staff were helpful and friendly. ”

“The property is small, activities are limited, and equipment (bicycles, football, pool etc) aren't maintained in the best condition. Rooms are clean and food decent. Staff are very nice and helpful though. ”

“Stay was a compulsion given I had booked not knowing enough… rooms are bad an stinky…washroom was super unclean, food quality is pathetic and staff is too slow to respond… ask for anything at it never comes up at the restaurant and at reception during check out 2 ladies just didn’t know there job and were snail paced. All guests were hassled at the checkout ”
