“Friendly staff. Big clean pool. Strong wi fi signal. Pleasant view over the lake. I had a room on the ground floor next to the kitchen/laundry/ staff rest room so there was constant noise from early morning to late at night. “The check in was done by not so friendly manager and smoking smell was there in the lobby. The rooms are big but not clean. The flush leaked in my room. Beds were ok. No complimentary breakfast, room service phone didn't work so hard to go down and drink tea. The breakfast area is having dust as well. Checkout was painful as they included additional items in our room from the date prior to my check in date. Then hotel said they couldn't confirm payment from hotels.com. so asked for……
