“Amazing view!! Overall good place to stay. The only issue we had was the ac wasn't working our whole 4 night stay. Host was responsive to messages but couldn’t get anyone out there until the day we were leaving so didn't help us. We were given a small refund. There is a ceiling fan above the bed so that helped. A couple small spots of surface mold on the ceiling but that could be just because the AChadn't been working. Bed was comfortable and like I said before the view was awesome and it was……

“We came in from Virginia for the Bike week event The host was very kind and responsive in a very timely manner , great little apt fitting for us even when we had family visit and watch a movie with us . Rhe neighbors were all really friendly, lots of squirrels playing in the trees we enjoyed our weekend stay ! We plan on coming back again next year ! Only downsides were no chairs to sit on the little patio we had , overall great stay ! ”

“This property was terrible.Only 2 towels for 2 people for three nights.Door hinges pulled away from the wall.Room smelled horribly of cigarette smoke.Not enough bedding.Shower had lukewarm water and the handle was stripped.The light in the bedroom is literally a porch light with no globe.Very bad experience and will not recommend this to anyone”

“The room itself was nice, clean, the bed in master was a little to soft, safe wouldn't open due to people before us left it locked. Cons be- no maid service, had to call owner if need new towels, toilet paper etc..the amenities were nice and clean 3 pools and lazy river, all clean. Cons- three jacuzzis, none were working. People would come out early and throw towel over chair, where no one else could enjoy the chairs. Parking sucked, they only give you 1 parking pass, son had to park in garage……

“Perfect rental for a few days stay in Daytona Beach. Great accommodations for my 5 month old (travel crib and baby monitor). Plenty of room for sleeping and just enough room for relaxation”
