“Upgraded studio in an older hotel. Lists 6 with rollaway beds but it'd be a little tight if used. Pretty much as advertised, no frills but comfortable stay oceanfront. Cooktop could use a few instructions, and a few more towels and comfort items would be nice. Towels were still wet from laundry service upon arrival but were clean. ”

“Only one elevator was working and it was slow and unreliable. The shower curtain had mold and mystery stains. The bathtub was unstable. The mattresses were thin and springy. There were no batteries in the tv remote. There were not enough curtains on the windows so people could see inside the room. Access to the building was open to all, frequently bumped into unhoused people inside, a car was broken into last night, it felt unsafe.”

“You can tell owner cares about your comfort. Building has some hurricane damage which has pool closed. But who goes to beach for the pool! Truly enjoyed our stay! Shopping accross street. ”

“When I went the amenities were still closed and parking is a little inconvenient but they just finished repaving the lot and it should be open in the next few days looks like so parking should be better soon. The room overall was really good. The bed was comfortable the view is amazing and if you like good water pressure then you will LOVE the shower. I’ve never had a shower with that much pressure at a condo or hotel it was awesome. The owner gives you plenty of toilet paper tissues soaps……

“We had a great time and the property manager could not have been nicer! There were a couple of things not working, but nothing major and nothing that was a problem over all. Pros: the location is walking distance from everything; beach, spas, shops, restaurants. Perfect! The setting is quaint and well taken care of. Cons: The sheets and covers were still damp when we arrived. We just dryed them and they were fine. The a/c is controlled via WiFi by the owner so you have to text him if you want it……

“Property should be condemned. Going through massive renovation until July. Closed pool, gym, no access to beach, no laundry, parking a half mile away along with another half mile hike t the elevator. Apt had toe nail clippings on the floor. The only thing that was right was the price and location. Would not recommend to anyone ”
