“Overall the property was ok they are doing a lot of renovation to it. From the ouside kinda rough looking. Lobby was nice some upper floors have not been redone. The room we had was on the small side but worked good for us 3 . Price was reasonable for being dayton 500 weekend. They had a small tiki bar outside by pool area. Although the pool was not full after they retiled it it did look nice and was full by the time we checked out. Didnt see if they had the hot tub up and going yet. There is……

“Check in process went smoothly and we were given great instructions on how to do everything we needed to. The room is amazing and has an incredible view of the ocean. You’re able to walk straight out the back door and be on the beach within a few steps. The room itself was extremely clean and was not sandy like we had expected. The host, Donna, was awesome and communicated well and responded in a timely manner to all of our messages. Great experience in Daytona. ”

“The room was perfect for our stay. The bed was very comfortable and the room and bathroom were very clean. The view in the patio was great, and having beach chairs and an umbrella were an added bonus. Thank you Michelle for your communications when ever needed. We’ll choose this room for our stay if ever in the area again.”

“We were very impressed with the unit. It was clean and stocked with all types of items for cooking as well as beach chairs. It was a short walk to the beach. Communication with the owner was great - her suggestions for restaurants were awesome! Would definitely stay in this unit again. ”

“Nice location. Partial view of the ocean. Can walk out of the room and right to the pool and ocean. Has tiki bar but it's only open Thurs-Sun for a couple hours in the evening. May want to bring own shampoo/conditioner. Also only had 4 towels for 2 people for 5 days. Very roomy though with a couch. We'd stay again.”
