“the staff was very helpful....thx.....the room was clean...the food in the resturant was good....and it is close to sams overpriced tours....but the location?....it is in a industral area of koror....no crime problem..but the hotel looked like it was in a junkyard”

“The staff are so friendly and helpful. Everyday whenever I passing thru the lobby, they can always recognize me and address my name. That is amazing!!! Always smiling with very good service. The room inside is very simple deco but very comfy, especially the sofa chair and the small table, that I love it so much. and I also love the balcony with outside table chairs. Many plugs and USB plugs in room. Fitness room is on the 2nd floor. Not fancy but that’s all the basic equipment we need is……

“I can’t say enough about the 4S Explorer. 4S service and dining (mostly) on a dive boat There are other water activities for non divers but Palau is for diving ! I’ve been diving for 30 years and this was hands down the best diving I’ve ever done. I only wish I had a few more days Already planning for the return trip. Not easy to get to Palau, but honestly, that is part of the charm and the dive sites aren’t over run with tourists”

“因為需要住在這個區域而選擇這家飯店，飯店附近有餐廳與商店，生活機能還不錯，但其實離市區很遠；房間比想像中還大，設施與清潔度都還不錯，是個乾淨舒適的房間，不過冷氣非常大聲。 比較可惜時的是，旅程中朋友至飯店找我，明明我人在房間內，朋友卻無法透過櫃台找到人，留的訊息也沒收到。無免費網路，但有免費市話可以使用，離開時還需多付當地稅，只能說帛琉真是到處都要錢。”

“The property, bungalow and view were all gorgeous and even better than the pictures showed. The breakfasts were delicious, and delivered to your door at your preferred time. Staff were so friendly, kind and helpful. Parking is at the base of a steep hill, but staff are available to transport you and luggage up to your bungalow. Would definitely stay here again. Perfection!”
