“宿泊施設周辺は静かで、ゆっくりできました。しかし、施設は古くお湯の調整がむずかい。トイレは鍵が故障していてロックができませんでした。共同浴場のトイレは流れが悪くて使えない。また、炊飯器を借りましたが、しゃもじがなく、取りに行きましたが、ありませんと言われ仕方なくスプーンで代用。古いのはどうしようもありませんが、施設や備品の管理をしっかりしてほしいです。 ”

“Balls Deep have several cabins. We stayed in number 3 which was a one bedroom cabin. It was wonderful. Had everything we needed: shower and bath, separate toilet with the cutest wash basin on top: you have to see it: you wash your hands and the water then fills the cistern! The bedroom was huge with heaps of extra bedding and options to have 2 extra separate beds in addition to the king size we used. Plenty of space to unpack too into drawers, cupboards and hanging space There is Apple……

“Nice secluded location for winding down. It has Wi-Fi coverage despite the hotels description, just don’t expect fibre speed. Keep the place clean and the bugs won’t bother you too much. Too bad they don’t offer free onsen access at the main hotel nowadays. ”

A good choice in Niigata

"The hotel is conveniently located near Niigata Station. It is close to the shopping areas and many restaurants were located nearby. The only drawback was that the public bath was closed at midnight which was a bit rush for those who returned to the hotel late. It would be better if the public bath could be extended to, say, 1 am."
