“Highlight: Die Dame, die das Frühstück macht, hat punkto Freundlichkeit und Servicekultur einen "Extrastern" verdient. So ein tolles Kundenerlebnis haben wir schon lange nicht mehr geniessen dürfen. “腳力夠的話，也是可以走路到就城區的鬧區的，大概30~40分鐘。離地鐵站大概10分鐘，滿建議用走路慢慢感受PRG這座城市的，很美。附近10分鐘也有超市，採購起來很爽。”

“酒店人員的服務態度非常好，房間有問題都會幫忙解決，但是飯店位置不是這麼的方便，離最近的地鐵有很長一段距離，離舊城區也要30分鐘，對於沒有開車來這邊的我覺得不是這麼方便，而且房間內的吹風機風力超級弱，有吹等於沒吹一樣，洗手台的水槽也像排水不良，都要等很久才會流出去，房間也非常小，行李都無法攤開，飯店週圍也不太熱鬧，沒有什麼吃的店”
