“高樓層的夜景很美麗，服務人員態度佳，但由電車站走至飯店的路途燈光不足。有一天凌晨三點半左右突然響起火災警報，住客大多數都以疏散至室外，無人解釋為何警報響起及解除，大家就默默的搭著重新開放的電梯回房休息。”

“这家酒店最大的缺点就是硬件条件太差了。双人间，房间极小，天花板也特别矮，每人床上放一袋质量很差的洗发水和一条很旧的浴巾，尤其是洗手间条件更差，马桶还是手动抽水的。洗浴间水有时还忽冷忽热，不知为什么，洗手间的镜子极其的高，我160cm, 站在洗手池前根本看不到自己，要站在凳子上才能照镜子。酒店有无线网，速度也是极其的慢。地理位置一般，坐火车3站到市区，主要是不好找。 其实酒店住的人很多，餐厅也不错还便宜，早餐一般。前台都很友好很热情，会说英语，但是还是强烈不推荐，不值得花钱住那么破的地方。 The hotel has very good service but super bad facilities. Tiny room with very low ceiling, old furnitures, bagged shampoo and old tower on each bed, old toilet and bathroom. The hot water suddenly became cold sometimes in the shower. I don't know why……

“Easy check in, even though we arrived late, they answered my call andnit took me just a couple seconds to get my key. Great location with a supermarket just seconds away which is very helpful considering you also have a kitchen. After carrying my kids alll afternoon i was very pleased to find there was an airconditioning unit in the room which made the night very pleasant since it was mid june and im a hot sleeper.”

“The hotel location is fantastic with great proximity to both tram and bus lines. Only 2 stops from tram is the metro line B. Can be reached to the old town within 20 mins (tram + metro) or 32 mins (tram 12). Hotel staffs are amazing and very helpful. Special thanks to Julia and Viktoria, who were immensely helpful and made our check in and check out smooth. The breakfast was also sumptuous and had many options. Restaurant staffs are also very friendly and clean. The hotel rooms were clean, quiet……
