“Traveler Disaster!!!!!! We booked 2 bedrooms unit for 5 people to stay 6 nights. We arrived at the property around 11pm, we were told they can only provide us a 1 bedroom unit with no other options. We were so helpless don’t know what to do since we were traveling from other country. After 11 hours flight with 2 kid and a senior end up we have to squeezed in a 1 bedroom unit. The host did not motivate to take care of the refund. So I have to contact Expedia every day to work on the partial……

“Been a returning guest since 2022, but after this stay. Unlikely I will return for future stay. Not guest-friendly especially for special needs / with disability health condition due to property no lift & lack of hospitality service. Pre book in advance for 2 nights stay with request remark for low level room, not arranged & once again at checkin requested assistance for it but not offered though inform I have health clinic appointment. “The reception desk is helpful but need to improve the communication between internal staffs and prevent to provide wrong information to the guest. Such as the closing time of the poolside bar, the reception mentioned it close at 0000, therefore we went there at 22:30 and order drinks. However, the bar said they closed at 23:00 and black out the whole venue sharply. Besides the communication breakdown, overall the staffs are nice as helpful”

Scam!

"We booked a twin room with windows, but that ended up being a windowless room with a king size bed. We are pretty sure that it did not say the room has no windows on your website when we booked it. It is a real scam. We are upset with the dishonesty Hotels.com handles customers’ booking. And because of this unfortunate incident we will never use Hotels.con again."
