“The staff were kind and attentive. The room was beautiful and the views were gorgeous. I’ll be coming back for sure. The food at the hotel’s restaurant was very good and I felt safe eating there. The only thing I can complain about is the in-room pool, it was a little too cold and you can’t really stay in there for too long at that temperature.”

“飯店很舒服，房間比較大落地窗一出去就是陽台跟公共草坪，浴室有一點點污痕但應該是卿不掉也不影響使用經驗，入住會獲得85折餐點折價券，建議一定要在飯店餐廳吃一頓海鮮晚餐，很好吃而且非常非常便宜，是我從考索普吉甲米蘇美整趟玩下來最划算的一頓海鮮，而且料理的非常好！像咖哩炒蟹就是必點！另外飯店的二樓泳池風景很美，一樓的泳池也很讚。是很棒的一次住宿體驗！”

“It’s not our first visit to the resort. I think Banyan Tree Krabi has been one on the best so far. The resort is very new as compared to other locations. Services have been top notch, can’t ask for more. I can tell that all staff members are happy from their sincere greetings every single time we see them. Housekeeping has been doing a wonderful job as well. The view from our room is second to none. We will be back soon 😊”

“酒店离机场45分钟车程，整个酒店安静漂亮，特别大的床，睡起来有些奇怪的感觉，因为太长了，是两张大床连在一起，但总体还舒服，餐饮海鲜餐厅很好吃，泰餐也可以，早餐不错，风景非常漂亮，海水一般，没有沙滩，有礁石，风景如画。”
