“Was a very nice property...very homey, and had a beautiful riverside location. We were in for a family event, so we didn't use the water sport equipment available, but the kayaks looked inviting. Almost everything we needed was available. Cups, glasses, well equipped kitchen, towels, washer and dryer avail. Communication with the owners was proactive and helpful to checkin. Place was clean and we tried to keep it that way. If there was any down side, there was only one full bath and a half bath,……

“We had a wonderful time at the cottage. The cottage was very clean. Amenities were excellent. We were in town to visit Our Lady of Champion Shrine which was just a short drive away. We enjoyed having coffee in the morning outside in the comfortable chairs right by the water. I especially loved watching the pelicans. It couldn’t have been more perfect. The owners were attentive to our needs if necessary. I highly recommend the Cozy Cottage and we will definitely revisit.”
