“It takes 10 -15 mins to go to the apartment from the metro. There is a supermarket on the way. The apartment is just as described in the web, room is clean with all necessary facilities there. However, the password given by the staff is wrong, so I have to call the staff for correct password to get the key. ”

However they didn't try our email or to contact us via Hotels.com even though we had paid in full in advance. So it took 1.5hrs to get into our room.
