“The house and grounds exceeded our expectations and the owners were great in communication and so kind. While the house was located in a neighborhood, we felt out in the country. Next time I will plan a longer stay. Definitely arrange a time to feed the alpacas. ”

“This property exceed our expectations! The property is beautiful. We had a group for Senior prom and had plenty of space for all of the kids and adults. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful fire pit perfect for smores. The goats, chickens and house dog Leo made the trip even better. We were allowed to collect fresh eggs and even feed a baby goat. “We stayed here to have room for our family to be together while visiting relatives in Gunter, Tx. This lovely home has a good amount of space and a big, beautiful kitchen. It is a little hard to find in the dark but worth the effort.”
