“Beautiful place, great for families. Kitchen well stocked, only shortcoming was no sheet pans. Lots of oils and spices. More than enough TP, paper towels and laundry detergent. Amazing sunsets. You can stay here and pay for resort access for around the same price as a room at the Hapuna and cheaper than Mauna Kea. Management was very responsive.”

“Really nice condo in Waikoloa Village. Beautiful setting and property. The condo was well-stocked with everything we needed and the furniture was of good quality and taste. We had to experiment with wall switches to get the living room ceiling fan on, but we figured it out. Really enjoyed finding hidden beaches south of the main Waikoloa public beach. Mahalo for a wonderful stay. ”

“We loved the condo. It is very private, backing to open space where we saw wild goats, turkeys and a variety of birds daily. All of the neighbors are quiet, no music, just the sound of the birds and goats bleating. The kitchen is well stocked and there is a grill on the patio (private, not shared.) There is a locker on the patio with beach chairs, a cooler, boogie boards, sand toys, etc. We didn’t use the pool but observed many families swimming and splashing about. There is a local grocery……

“This area seemed to be residential and away from tourists which is something we appreciatedIt is away from the beaches but reasonable distance from sites like volcanoes national park and akaka fallsI would definitely come back to this site againI didn’t find air conditioning but the truth is that we didn’t need it ”

“We have stayed in four different condos in the Kumulani development at the Mauna Kea Resort, and this unit was superior. It was comfortable, well appointed, and the sunsets were terrific. The Weber gas BBQ was easy to use and eating on the lanai was pleasant as we watched the sun go down. Having the Osmosis water feature was a real bonus as this is the first trip we did not need to purchase drinking water. We used it every day for tea and coffee. Although the Beach Club privileges are……

“Great location and wonderful accommodations”

“Very nice and comfortable. We have stayed in the area before snd like it’s close proximity to beaches we like and being in a quieter area. Suggestion: need more than one kitchen towel; and the fans in the bathrooms are extremely noisy - would be better if had two switches to control light and fan so could turn fan off when needed, rather than the e one switch that turns on both at the same time. Neighbors downstairs were noisy and yelled a lot every day but were quiet later in the evening.……

“We enjoyed this studio, and since we were traveling with an infant, we especially appreciated the in-unit washer and dryer. The floor-to-ceiling sliding window-wall on the ocean side was very nice. However, lack of blinds on the entrance door and bright lights on almost all night made it hard to get the condo dark.Overall, a great stay.”
