“Just wonderful. Bananas and star fruit growing in the yard, amongst dozens of different flowers. You do have to share the premises with cows and geckos….fine by us! Big, open rooms, very old-beach style. Wonderful ocean views, particularly from the upstairs bedroom. A great visit.”

“The neighborhood is a nice quiet area, with shops & places to eat within a minute walk. The driveway is a bit tricky, but opens up to a beautiful property with plenty of outdoor space. The house itself was very clean & neat, and the rooms all fit our needs. We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed a week! I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay off the beaten path but still be able to see everything you want!”

“There is absolutely nothing we could think of that was missing from our week at Banyon Tree! The property is beautiful, lovingly maintained, and made this our best trip to Hawaii ever!! Actually, our best-ever family vacation! Plenty of room for swimming, playing Capture the Flag, enjoying family dinners, playing card and table games, and just hanging out. We enjoyed seeing the turtles at Ho’okepa Beach, playing in the river at Íao State Park, and shopping local markets. Comfortable island……

“The house was nice in a great location. We met the neighbors and everyone was very nice. We did not realize it was 2 separate living spaces. To get upstairs, you had to go outside. It was fine for us but we did feel separated from the other 2 families ”

“Loved our 2 week stay in this condo. Exactly as posted. Everything we needed was supplied in the kitchen. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella for the beach are supplied. The view was amazing!!! The king mattress was quite comfortable. Will stay again but in different area within the community ”

“Place was great and would definitely stay again! There was a nice yard and a closet full of beach gear, chairs and coolers we made use of. Only thing that would have been better was if the hot tub was not on a timer that shuts off later at night. Great spot!!”
