“Good location: halfway between the train/bus station and the old town, both within easy walking distance. Spacious room: More than adequate for single travelers. Rooms have good layout too. My room is on the second floor and there is no lift. So probably a good idea not to carry huge luggage. The only downside is that the housekeeping is not very thorough.They either forgot to replenish the shower gel/shampoo or the teabags and coffee. I stayed four nights and not once were both fully……

“Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.”

“Stikliai have always been a signature Vilnius’s hotel so we had very high expectations for this 5* place. And its still has a very lovely lobby and restaurant as well as location is amazing for tourists. However, everything else was disappointing. First of all, reception staff was average. They did not provide us any information at all, neither about food, wifi, other available services. The only fact they cared about is to make us wait for extra 40 minutes as our room was not ready and they……

“C’est un hôtel sympa et propre, ok pour 4 étoiles. Toutefois… j ai demandé un lunch box pour mon jour de depart qui a lieu à 4h du matin (j ai passé 3 nuits en tout dans cet hôtel) et j ai notifié ma demande le jour de mon arrivé tout en expliquant que je n aurais pas de possibilité de demander le lunchbox la veille de mon départ. Au final je n ai jamais eu mon lunch box mais j ai bien réglé les petits déjeuners pour les 3 jours :( En fait ma demande n a pas été pris en compte et c est très……

“There are shops around the hotel, not too noise But you get what you need. The room is clear and new. The staffs are kind and really willing to help. Although there is no elevator but only 2 floor up from the ground to the reception. Many of the sight seeing places are walking distance. Highly recommended! ”
