“We had a fantastic stay at Pacai Hotel—the service was exceptional, the design beautifully blended historic charm with modern elegance, and the overall quality was excellent. However, we were disappointed to learn that we couldn’t have a drink at the bar or dine at the restaurant in the evening because we had our baby with us. While we understand certain policies, clearer communication in advance or alternative options would have been appreciated. Despite this, we highly recommend Pacai Hotel……

“Location is marvellous, but can be a problem. It is right at the center of the old town. Do not expect a big room. The room is surrounded by other buildings, so it is a bit dark. We stayed at the other wing of the hotel where there is no lift! But you want to get to the old town quickly, this is it.”
