“We enjoyed our stay this weekend at this house. Our daughter get her ring last weekend but rental prices were ridiculous last weekend. This property was reasonably priced and we were able to accommodate the small group of friends that attended our daughter’s ring dunk. We thought we were getting the corner house (243) but ended up with (245) the picture on the listing showed what looked like the corner house. It appears to have a slightly bigger patio area with the side gate. House 243 was……

“House was easy to find and in a quiet and clean neighborhood. Our kids took adva tage of the park that was across the street. The house is older but very clean and homey inside. We would definitely rent the property again.”

“Our large family congregated to celebrate the 80th birthday of my husband, the patriarch of our family. I couldn’t have chosen a better spot to do this! The spacious house and yard was just as expected from the listing, and the owner was so nice to meet us there to show and explain everything. There are so many “fun” things to do there from the fire pit with s’mores to playing cornhole or air hockey, etc. Plus, there’s lots of seating on the big patio for just sitting and talking. “Our extended family was in town for the December Texas A&M graduation. Perfect location close to the University and quiet neighborhood.The house was wonderful so that our group could all be in one location. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and cookware so our group could have meals together at home. There was a minor issue that arose and the Host was easy to contact and quick to resolve it fully.I would definitely rent again.”

“Stream television was an issue. The owner had to come over to gain access to ESPN and it took 30 minutes. Not very turn key. The condo was as advertised ”

“Had a great stay at this property! This is an older house that has been updated in a very cute way. Although updated, the house had a little bit of an old smell, the coffee pot did not work, and it is right off a very busy road with a nearby train track. Upon checking in, a realtor came by to put out a for sale sign and shortly after, the maintenance man dropped by toilet paper and paper towels. Overall, our stay went really well.”
