“Der Pool ist in einem schrecklichen Zustand. Fliesen sind locker oder fehlen. Das Wasser stinkt. Die Stufen zum herauskommen waren am letzten Tag gesperrt, weil sie nicht mehr vorhandenen waren. Die Liegen am Pool sind am auflösen und zerfallen. Bei einer Liege war der Schaumstoff frei, nur mit einer Art grünem dreckigem Bettlaken oder Bezug bezogen, andere Liegen waren am zusammen fallen. Die Umgebung und der Strand waren schön. In der Nähe der Küche scheint die Kläranlage oder die……

“Hotel is a new hotel, so in a good condition. This feedback is for the owner for betterment of the business, not necessarily a criticism. Generally speaking staff is good too. However, the staff needs better training. The hotel room layout and design needs improvement, we had sewage smell in the room which was due to the exhaust - due to room insulation the exhaust would suck the air out of the drainage. We had to open the windows when turning on exhaust which meant the improper cooling in the……
