“This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). There was a mini fridge that doubled as a bedside table which felt warm in the evening. The wall light above the headboard was also oddly located. The bathroom had……

“One of my favorite hotels. Good location, nice rooms, good (but crowded) breakfast and above all excellent ”crew” serving hotel and wine bar. ”

“服务态度很差，在旅客入住时并没有提醒过：你住的房间如果不在前一天说明要打扫卫生的话，第二天是没有人会给你打扫房间卫生的。理由是保护环境。我花钱买了你的服务，你用一张纸片放在房卡里就自行免除了服务。我并没有同意，只是被告知。找前台理论，态度非常恶劣。向这样的旅馆我绝对不会再去住了！”

“The location is the highlight. The room sizes are great. But this hotel misses in a few areas. It’s a little long in the tooth. No air conditioning and when it’s warm it’s warm although they provide lots of fans. The front desk staff pretends you don’t exist. One of them in the evening was very helpful, but otherwise they don’t go out of their way to provide service. Finally the place needs a good cleaning. The price points are lower than the adjacent hotels and there is a reason for……
