“We only stayed one day but the Property impressed us. It is a unique Hotel as it is an English cottage style. Staff are friendly and helpful. ”

“The place was generally in good keep including the room, except behind the curtains. Spiders had spun their webs everywhere resulting in us having to ask the reception desk for spray to kill them, so this was a big no no to housekeeping. Dining area staff seemed absent minded throughout the four days there. Tranquil and refreshing overall although I found myself wishing that I had booked into a mainstream hotel on several occasions.”

“On this website this hotel is a PET FRIENDLY property. We booked a Pet Friendly room but upon arrival were told the room we booked was not pet friendly. They wanted us to move to a much smaller room which we refused to do. They then told us that we would not be allowed in the dining or bar area with our puppy and if we wanted to order anything we would have to stay in our room and order room service. To get to this property you have to drive through an unsavoury area, we could not risk driving……

“Tolle Aussicht, herzlicher Empfang, gutes Essen, sehr familienfreundlich. Service beim Essen könnte einen Tick besser sein (mehrfach Dessert vergessen, Kleinkind nicht zuerst bedient) aber das schmälert das Gesamterlebnis kaum. ”

“We had an enjoyable, peaceful stay. We were upgraded free of charge to a better unit you which we were very happy about. The only thing was the dirt road to get there is quite bad - need a bakkie or 4 wheel drive. No Cellphone signal. Wifi only in reception which is not very good quality. ”
