“1. Check-in以及入住過程相當順利愉快。室內環境整潔舒適，也非常安靜。床雖然軟，但真的很舒服，沒有一般軟床腰酸背痛的不適感。同時，浴室內有熱水暖氣管架，非常適合用來晾乾衣服。 2. 飯店位置離U-bahn Spittelmarkt步行約5分鐘，距離U-bahn Stadtmitte步行約10分鐘，最近的Lidl超市步行5分鐘。都還是可以接受的步行範圍。 3. 位置在博物館島旁邊，步行過去也是很舒適的距離。”

“This is really a hotel I would highly recommend, especially when arriving after a long trip. The hotel's front desk staff were very kind and friendly and offered towels to wipe, which was really touching. The breakfast has many kinds and is very exquisite and delicious. The hotel manager will take good care of our needs. The room was as clean as new and the sheets were ironed and flat.The location is close to the station exit so it is very convenient.”

“深夜下機或早上搭機首選，有免費巴士來往機場，不過夜晚只服務至23：30，途步到酒店的話要15分鐘，而且要上落天橋，有點不便...”

“房間乾淨。酒店在East Side Gallery附近。 酒店旁邊有很多餐廳，通往地鐵站也有一個商場。 樓下的自助早餐不錯。”

“櫃台接待親切，房間寬敞，免費飲料非常棒。缺點是Wi-Fi 不穩定，會斷網。而且最後一天早上8:50,就有房務來敲門問幾點退房，感覺被打擾了。”

“酒店門口有巴士站，走路不到十分鐘有地鐵站，方便往返市區景點。酒店房間很大很舒適，有冷氣，熱水和沐浴露都十分好用。床墊舒服，配有床頭枱方面睡前玩手機。電視很大，可收聽電台，但電視電台均是德文為主。 缺點 早上岀門前掛了請勿打擾門牌，晚上回房間發現門牌不見了，亦有清潔人員進入過房間打掃，感覺不太尊重客人的選擇。”

“We had a wonderful week’s stay at the double tree. The location was very ideal and easy for getting around, lots of shopping and dining options located within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very helpful and kind, especially Nicholas at the front desk, such a star. We would definitely recommend the hotel for a stay in Berlin and would stay there again when we return. ”
