“È proprio un re in mezzo alle Alpi! Bello da vedere esteriormente, elegante all'interno. Al check in siamo stati accolti con estrema gentilezza e professionalità.Avevo prenotato due camere standard con finestra e ci è stato offerto un upgrade con una stanza con terrazzo. Tutto allo stesso prezzo concordato inizialmente. Le camere molto pulite. Il bagno perfetto con una doccia molto ampia provvista bagno doccia e shampoo con dispenser. Trovate anche il phon. “I had low expectations of this hotel due to reviews but was very pleasantly surprised and would absolutely stay again. Can only assume poor reviews are for apartments and not rooms. We had a newly renovated suite which had a separate living area and two bathrooms. Yes you could hear music from outside but wasnt awful. We paid a supplement for the 'thinky' card as travelling with 2 year old- bit unclear what it actually covered bar a room with pureed sauces for pastilla for kids dinner? However……

“Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food choice is excellent and so well prepared. Yes its noisy at dinner and breakfast but whst do you expect when there so msny families. Hot location is true ski in/out. Rooms and generally the hotel is very tired abd could do with a lot of modernising. Wifi signal is awful. We had a family room which is joining rooms. Nice and spacious Cleaners do a thorough job but we found blood stains on the bedsheets and pillows. Beds are hard but thats typical……

“Ottima esperienza! Abbiamo alloggiato due notti per un weekend sulla neve, la struttura è nuova, curatissima e molto pulita. Le stanze molto belle e curate, dotate di ogni comfort. I proprietari sono estremamente gentili e disponibili, sempre pronti a consigliare o rispondere ad ogni esigenza. Peccato che la SPA non fosse ancora aperta agli ospiti, torneremo sicuramente per recuperare :) ”
