“Excellent hotel. Welcome drink on arrival. Staff are very friendly. Room appears to have been recently renovated. Hotel was quiet. Largely couples in their 45 - 60s. Perfect if you’re looking for somewhere to relax. Food and drinks weren’t overpriced. No issues with the wifi and there are usb plugs by the bed. Would stay again if in the area. ”

“The pools are great and heated. Perfect for kids. The food is pretty good for an all inclusive. The machine coffee could be improved upon, maybe try the lavazza brand? But the hotel needs patching up, a deep clean and some renovations to get it back to 4 star standard. Long queues for drinks at the pool bar . Warm water at breakfast. Kids club was well run and the kids mini disco was fun. Great animation team. The bedrooms were a bit tight for 4. A squash and a squeeze”

“Tipico complesso Barceló, noi abbiamo preso la suite vista piscina con il giardinetto e la soluzione era molto carina e funzionale. Personale disponibile anche se un pò in difficoltà a gestire richieste extra o non in spagnolo. “The hotel is quite dated in areas. The seaview room I had was comfortable and had everything I needed. Unfortunately, you can't check-in until 5pm, but the nice man on reception let me put my case in the storage room, told me I could change if I wanted to. As I wasn't leaving until 6pm, I enquired about keeping my room so I could shower/pack etc, but was told that I could keep it just for 2-3 hours. There really was no point, as I planned on relaxing around the pool till 4, then showering etc.……
