“Nicole was an all star host, in a wonderland getaway property. If you enjoy nature, this is perfect. We got in later than expected, but Nicole was welcoming and accommodating. “muy buena la atención de las personas, ademas no se de desesperan por la propina (como pasa en otros hoteles de dominicana). El personal de seguridad muy atento a todo. La comida buena y variada. Muy entretenido los eventos que arman durante todo el día. La bebidas no es un fuerte del hotel, las gaseosas no tienen gas ni buen sabor, las sirven con poco hielo por mas que les pidas hielo extra. “Viva Palace is beside Viva Beach hotel so that you can walk the charming treed walkway between the two properties. “La habitación y las instalaciones están cómodas, la playa está a 10 min caminando, la atención del personal es buena, el desayuno es bueno, solo lleva tu shampoo y toallas extras para la piscina ya que no las ofrecen.
