“We couldnt believe that upon arrival our room was upgraded from a Junior Suite to that of a Master Suite! We were very appreciative of how they fullfilled our requests of being on the ground level and close to both Swimming pools because of my knee issues! My wife and I were very impressed by the personal attention we were given by entire staff but especially by Antonio(Dinner Service) and Ariel(Breakfast Service) at the Buffet.
