“The condo was wonderful and the location perfect. Right on the beach and with great pools. There are several small restuarants close by that are convenient. The check-in process was a little hard because the people who work in the building dont speak much english but are very friendly. It was a great experience and I would definitely stay there again. ”

“This is a great condo. It's a bit tight with the big table but everything else was great. The couch was very comfortable as were the beds. There is a large tv in each room and it was nice to have laundry facilities. The only issue we had was finding the place. Having a video of the road and the adjoining properties would be helpful as well as having the address and unit number. Language was also an issue for us. But once we were there the unit was great.”

“Good location, friendly staff , quite a bit of noise between rooms , i could hear what people were talking about in tenet room , instead of just taking a deposit they charged me the full amount , my first booking was Jan 7 to Feb 4 was charged the full amount after my reservation was made , i did not appreciate that ”

“Despite the poor reviews about communication with managers, we actually got into our place right at 3:00. It might have been a challenge if we hadn’t been right there waiting. It was a quaint and comfortable place, that seemed to have an interesting history. Very close to main plaza. Kitchen had the basics. It would have been nice to have 5 gallons of filtered water available and at least one kitchen towel. Overall a comfortable stay.”

“property was not as kept up as should have been loose tiles cracks etc. As a matter of fact during our stay in our room on the 15th floor one day it sounded like an earthquake happened,when we looked outside the balcony tiles are creaking and moving and popping up.Very scary we went down and asked to be relocated! Also the elevators are extremely slow in the older building and dining options are not very good. Almost impossible to get reservations in the 3 specialty restaurants! We are longterm……

“Our experience at Viagio Resort was excellent. The restaurant and pool side waiters were very attentive, gracious and kind. The activities coordinator had lots of fun activities planned for the pool area. The ocean view rooms have a beautiful view. The location to the beach was wonderful and the resort is close to many restaurants and a Fresh Market Grocery store. I highly recommend this resort. My husband and i will definitely stay here again.”
