“I stayed here for a work trip and absolutely loved the apartment. It had everything needed to feel right at home, and the cleanliness was excellent. The check-in process was super convenient and fully digital with a code, and the staff assisting with check-in were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect—just a 3-minute walk to the beach and plenty of leisure spots nearby. Highly recommended!”

“We had 8 days at the apartment it’s got everything you need to have a nice holiday , outside is very well kept and maintained with 2 swimming pools which were quite warm very nice . Overall we had a great holiday !! ”

“Really lovely spacious 3 hed apartment in a really well kept, secure and safe complex less than 5 min wqlk to Puerto Marina. Apartment had everything we needed and more. John was so helpful as was Julie the key holder. Would absolutely recommend this apartment to a family. Fabulous pools in the complex which are a perfect base for family holidays. Thanks John for a great stay.”

“Sehr ruhige und schöne Wohnanlage. Der Gemeinschafts Pool befindet sich wenige Meter hinterm Haus. Mit dem Auto sind sind die Strände ab 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Ein großes Shoppingcenter befindet sich in der Nähe, wo mann auch sehr lecker essen gehen kann. Vielen Dank. Spanien ich komme wieder.....”

“Another stay at this lovely apartment ”

“Que du positif. Bel appartement avec climatisation (très utile), belle terrasse dans un quartier très calme. Télévision avec chaines françaises, belges, etc. Jardins et piscine d'une propreté rarement vu. En plus un emplacement protégé pour la voiture.Seul petit point à revoir; le nombre de transats à la piscine (6), il faut de la chance pour en avoir un.”

“Nice little find , great location right where we wanted to be. Property had everything we wanted and we had access to the swimming pool right outside. We were close to local bars and restaurants and near a supermarket. 10 mins to La Zenia Boulevard and 10 mins to La Zenia Beach. Cabo Roig was a 20 minute walk, lots of bars there and places to eat . Roz the owner was really nice and it was a pleasure to meet her. Host typically got back to me within 5-10 mins. Loved it! ”
