“Online the hotel shows it situated in a quaint cobbled street square with a church and a couple of bars opposite with on street parking, this was not the case. The whole square was under major construction and thankfully we stayed at a weekend because on Monday morning at 745am the workmen/heavy plant machinery started to create a lot of dust/noise. Room was clean and comfortable but very warm, no air conditioning or fan. Open plan toilet to bedroom not shown truly online, a little……

“This a lovely accomodation in the middle of the historical street, so romantic. Easy walk to the town centre and with several good restaurants options near by. Very quiet, we slept very well. The host is friendly and helpful. Very happy with our stay. Just need to be mindful that this is an old building with too many stairs for a heavy suitcase. We left our suitcase in the car, took only what we needed for our stay and it was fine. That’s part of the charm of staying in an historical area.”
