“Es un lugar muy bello, la persona que nos atendió fue muy atenta y amable pero tiene por mejorar y pronto que no tiene Agua caliente en la ducha del baño, y en caso de viaje familiar sobre todo con niños pequeños o adultos mayores es muy díficil, adicional que hay tinas muy bellas pero no es posible usarlas porque el agua es fria. “Do not book here - it is a scam! We booked weeks in advance and they had no problem taking our money, but they never answered our calls leading up to our stay. When we showed up for our reservation, the hotel was closed and we couldn’t get into our room. We tried calling multiple times but, once again, they never answered. They wouldn’t even answer Expedia’s calls. Don’t book unless you want to end up stranded with no room and out your original booking amount. ”
