“Terrible. Llegué al hotel y me dijeron que no tenían habitación disponible. Me tocó ir a buscar Hotel a otro lado (llevaba 5 horas manejando para llevarse esa sorpresa, no sé por qué no me contactaron con tiempo y así hubiera buscado oportunamente en otro lado dado que iba en viaje con niños). “Unfortunately the whole hostel was freezing when i arrived, there was no heating but thankfully when i turned on the hotplates it warmed up a little. The 1st night i got up to a flood in my room, although we weren't sure where it came from.
