“The rooms are only big enough for a full sized bed. Once you check-in, you have to sign this agreement that if you leave certain stains on the bed (such as blood) on the towels, bed sheets and top sheets that you have to pay anywhere from $5-$20 more. The first thing I thought when I saw that was “What type of clientele do this hotel accept if you have to sign this agreement at check-in?” I’ll let you figure that one out. “We were not given the entry code prior to arrival and they were unreachable until we came across a housekeeper. Then the apartment was not as described. There was no second bathroom as described so people would need to go into another bedroom to use the only bathroom. The wall was crumbling and the sink was stained a nasty yellow brown color.
