“Had another great long holiday winter weekend at this property with friends and family. Easy access to Elk Mtn for skiing, fun playing on the frozen lake and cozy evenings by the wood stove and TV. Long dirt road to get there but wasn’t hard to navigate and still a close drive to general store (Cables), convenience store/pizzaria (Arlo’s) or restaurants (The Beacon) for weekend needs. “Nice cabin to bring family for a lake vacation. Very quiet, especially on weekdays. Owners were courteous and very responsive. We had a great time.”

“Loved the old world charm combined with comfortable modern conveniences. Excellent location on the lake that offers good swimming and views. The kayaks and paddle boards were a big plus as were the yard games and extra refrigerator. My family, who lives in the area, came for a barbecue. The parking and spaciousness of the yard worked well. The property is an easy ride to local attractions and wonderful morning walks. Host was very responsive and positive.
