“Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt im Kongress Hotel. Der Service hat sich sehr individuell (nach einem unglücklichen Skiunfall) um uns gekümmert. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, mit einem tollen Balkon. Das Frühstückbuffet war sehr gut. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.”

“房間整體感覺非常好，在市中心，有車站接送，本來預定了3天不可取消的3人房，因為飛香港班機取消，導致整個旅程延誤兩天，只能住一天，真是大虧，但酒店的貼心服務及豐富的早餐，大大減低了這種感覺，退房時櫃台主動退了20元的城市稅，更是覺得窩心，下次有機會會再入住！”

Everyone working at the Hotel Piz Buin was extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating, which helped to make our stay really enjoyable and memorable. We hope to be able to return in the future!”

“The hotel was extremely clean (and I’m very fussy), room were very big, the breakfast was delicious - bonus point for the chef cooking fresh omelettes, crepes and pancakes every morning. There was a lovely man at reception - super lovely and accommodating (sorry I didn’t catch his name!). There were some renovations happening while we were there which was noisy and disruptive buttttt the hotel’s location, rooms, staff and breakfast was amazing. Hope to go back soon ❤️”

“A very nice family run hotel, I was there on a cycling trip to ride the big climbs in Bormio. Would not hesitate to return to this hotel. They also cater to skiers in winter. And I can imagine Bormio is a excellent location for winter sports also!”
