“Accommodations were very clean and comfortable. The hotel provided a lot of complimentary extras including breakfast, which was a delicious assortment of options, metro cards for free travel on buses and trains within the region, a free drink / cocktail, and passes to the local hot pools. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay again if we are ever in the area.”

“Was not able to accomplish planned 100 ride due to fatigue. However the room was very pleasant and allowed for a great day of rest and recuperation. Hope to return someday to Pontresina to attempt the ride and when I do I look to once again staying at this great locale in the Engadin Valley. Thanks Hotel Steinbock for a great stay”

“Had to switch rooms, the room that was booked was not adequate but with an upgrade fee, we were able to stay in a much better room with an amazing view. Seems as if they don't want to mention the upgrade fee at first but will tell you that this room is what we have but with some prompting, found that an upgrade was needed to get a much better room. Breakfast was included which was amazing. ”

“Établissement incroyable qui donne sur la place principale avec une très belle architecture et un confort digne d’un palace. Personnel à l’écoute et parking non couvert disponible via une réservation vivement conseillée. Même conseil pour le spa qui n’est pas inclus dans le prix de la chambre (malheureusement c’était complet à notre arrivée). L’hôtel mérite une bien meilleure notation et les photos ne reflètent pas la beauté de la bâtisse. Vivement conseillé. ”
