“Our Family had the best stay at this beautiful townhome. There was more than enough space to accommodate six adults and one infant. We had all the amenities we could ask for allowing us to cook a couple of meals at “home” rather than eating out.The location was great, walking distance to number golf course communities and a short drive to down town La Quinta.The clubhouse pool, jacuzzi, putting green and shuffle board were a big hit. There was a nice gym as well but we were on vacation.Darwin……

“Everything was perfect very well stocked with supplies and kitchen equipment. The only thing we had a problem with was the app I downloaded to access the control of the jacuzzi and be able to use it anytime was not working or heating up when needed. Or the backyard lights in landscape we couldn’t see it was dark in backyard. 7:30 pm and on I couldn’t acces lights from app either .But Scott was very helpful and reliable in a timely manner to accommodate us to make up for it .& everything else……

“We were very hesitant because of the strict rules regarding noise ordinances. It states no music and no loud talking outside, and we thought we would literally have to whisper. But that was not the case. I think they are just trying to deter renters that are not considerate of their neighbors. So if you respectful of other people, then this is a property for you. The home met all of our expectations. The rooms were spacious and private with comfortable beds and bathrooms for all. The AC in the……
