“Amazing staff and amazing resort. Expensive but worth it ”

“We were excited to stay here but it felt very disappointing. At first, the entrance and parking were so hard to find. Then they didn’t know we were arriving. The very nice and polite young lady called the owner while we waited. We were offered a beverage (recommended by her) which we gratefully accepted. We knew there was a welcome drink provided and really, for the delay we should have been provided one. But surprisingly we were charged with the explanation that she was new, our room was……

“Everything about the property and the stay was perfect. This place is an absolute dream. We were treated to varied and tasty meals and could truly relax. Nancy and Kika were absolutely delightful and Jeannette was responsive and incredibly helpful in making sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect for us - a quick golf cart ride to the kids club, hotel and beach. Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful home!”

“We had a great time. Gloria was very helpful leading up to our trip and throughout our time there. She helped us with everything from reservations to setting up car rental. The housekeeper, Ana, was amazing and made our entire vacation so much easier coming with a baby and toddler. Thanks so much guys, had a blast!”
