“Beautiful property! Villa was amazing. Service was excellent. ”

“We were excited to stay here but it felt very disappointing. At first, the entrance and parking were so hard to find. Then they didn’t know we were arriving. The very nice and polite young lady called the owner while we waited. We were offered a beverage (recommended by her) which we gratefully accepted. We knew there was a welcome drink provided and really, for the delay we should have been provided one. But surprisingly we were charged with the explanation that she was new, our room was……

“We spent a nice vacation at villa del portal. The host is dedicated and ready to help. The villa is quite comfortable and the garden and pool well maintained. If the group is bigger than 4 people renting an extra buggie is a must. The host takes care of that. We missed a few more kitchen apparel, wine or champagne glasses, etc. All in all we had a good experience. ”

“We had a great time. Gloria was very helpful leading up to our trip and throughout our time there. She helped us with everything from reservations to setting up car rental. The housekeeper, Ana, was amazing and made our entire vacation so much easier coming with a baby and toddler. Thanks so much guys, had a blast!”
