“第一天到的時候不知道是人很多還是什麼房間沒有浴巾請他們拿打了兩次電話隔天去吃早餐的時候服務態度很差我們的樓層發出臭味也告知他們請他們來處理也很慢要去泳池竟然沒有浴巾請我們等一個小時住宿那麼多次很少碰到這樣”
