“Best part is the location! Parking is a premium in Zion. This place has a reserved parking spot so all you have to do is grab a coffee at the next door and walk to the park. It’s only a 1/2 mile walk which was easier for us than taking the Springdale shuttle. Once at the visitor center you can take the NP shuttle to where you want to go. Another option is to rent an e-bike from the spot behind the VRBO and then go into the park that way. If we could do it again, we’d go the e-bike route. ……

“Outstanding place to stay. It's relatively new and they are still working out some kinks.... e.g. the letter which informed us of the entry code was not clear on the sequence of steps needed to enter the residence. So we were locked out. Fortunately help was nearby and came quickly. But if we would have arrived in the late night it might have been bad. I think they are correcting their communications.”

“We had a great stay with lots of added bonuses. High end snacks and amenities and a location that could not have been more convenient! We fully enjoyed our stay in the area and would highly recommend- especially if ease of location is important to you. The only downfall was parking. There was a band playing at the cool bar next door and our assigned parking was taken. We were able to park someplace else, so no worries. Thank you for the amazing stay!!! ”
