We felt like we were staying in a home and not a rental property. The location in McAllen was central to many of the birding sites within the World Birding Center. That was great! I arrived on a Saturday and could hear the neighbors through the walls— muffled talking and walking, every time they went up the stairs.. wasn’t thrilled, but understood as it is a condo. I was relieved that I only heard the neighbors that one night. The rest of the week - through my check……
