“Everything about this stay was perfect. The house is an older beach house but has all the ammenities you will ever need. You literally only need to pack your clothes and groceries. The location is perfect for the fishermen looking for a basecamp or you can enjoy fishing off the private pier. We had plenty of luck crabbing on the pier and just off the pier with our traps and enjoyed crab and redfish for dinner both nights of our stay. “Just love this spot. The water was right outside the screened porch. Got to fish whenever we wanted. The marina is about 12 minutes away: bair and apparently a great restaurant. Didn't get to try the restaurant. The people around were so friendly. The dolphins put on a show on two different days. The house had everything you could just about need. The screened in porch was everything! We got to hang out at night with no bug issues. Many mentioned mosquitos in the visitor book, but luckily for us……

“We had a blast at Magnolia beach! Lots of fishing at chocolate bayou, magnolia beach fishing marina, and the port lavaca pier! Even whent swimming at the port lavaca community pool! Tonjas house is amazing, and neighbor Judy is such a doll! It was a great place to stay and a wonderful home base while we were down there having fun! Will definitely book this house again in the future!”
