Since I booked from Hotels.com, it is misleading that it is a hotel and we thought it would have a front desk to keep our luggages. "我分開兩次入住，是我印象中最差的大品牌酒店。一開始的前枱藍髮職員，是我旅行以來見過態度最差的前枱職員，她的態度我已不想再多說，黑面囂張…跟本不想協助幫你，之後又黑面。寄存行李房，跟本細到沒地方放個大行李箱，房間燈光嚴重不足，我還以為進了黑房，要自己自製一個枱燈，房間有個放雪櫃的櫃，第一次的房間是有雪櫃的，第二次回頭再住，竟然沒有，桑拿室分開男女兩邊，但又要分時間限制，長時間女士桑拿房門口多人排隊，跟本連進入機會也沒有。我不會再選擇入住這間酒店了。附近的兩間好太多了，太大對比。"
